Huzzah.
I’ve finally started sculpting for my own enjoyment again after a string of not particularly challenging commissions. This surfer is a remake of a sculpture I made back in 2001, just way more advanced in terms of construction techniques. I used him to test out a new mix of aluminium foil and wire armature and it seems to have worked pretty well. Getting him to stand up was the hardest part thanks to his brick of a head making him top heavy. I think I might try a pirate next... Sculpey 3 4 – 7 Days |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
